Description

The Z100 testing machine enables the performance of tensile, compression, and bending strength tests. The range of loads is 100 kN. The machine is equipped with two work spaces, a pair of wedge holders with a hydraulic clamp and a power pack, a compression test equipment, an equipment for 3-point bending tests (stepless and smoothly adjustable table spacing in the range from min 50 mm to 370 mm), automatic mechanical extensometer for measuring elongation. Technical specifications: • range of tensile and compressive loads minimum 100 kN • 2 work spaces • an input / output card containing every 2 analog outputs, 1 analog 0-10V input, and 3 digital inputs and outputs 24V each • 400 kHz synchronous sampling frequency of all measurement channels • A pair of wedge holders with a hydraulic clamp and a power pack • Compression test equipment • Equipment for 3-point bending tests (stepless and smoothly adjustable table spacing in the range from min 50 mm to 370 mm) • Automatic mechanical extensometer for measuring elongation.

Access rules

Access rules

The rules of using the equipment will be consistent with the research infrastructure management system being developed. The elements of this system include the method of reporting the demand for the performance of tests, the appointment of a person responsible for the performance of the tests, and the rules governing the intellectual property of the results. An element of the system will also be the settlement for the performed tests, allowing for free testing (in the case of joint publication or on the basis of reciprocity using the apparatus).
