Description

The laboratory infrastructure includes 1. Shimadzu high-performance liquid chromatograph equipped with an automatic sample feeder, a diode array detector, a pump and a thermostat; 2. Shimadzu High Performance Liquid Chromatograph equipped with an automatic sample feeder, a diode array detector, a pump and a thermostat ; 3. Shimadzu Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph equipped with an automatic sample feeder, a diode array detector, a pump and a thermostat. High-performance liquid chromatography is a technique for the separation of organic compounds, allowing their determination at very low concentrations. This method can be used in many areas of science, e.g. chemistry, environmental protection, biotechnology, medicine, food research.
