Description

Agilent LC/MS system enables separation and analysis of various endogenous substances, mass analysis using electrospray ionization and identification of substances using different fragmentation methods. Detector operates in two modes, single ion monitoring (useful for identification of certain substance) and scan (useful for non-targeted analysis), offering quick and easy method of detection coupled with all the advantages of liquid chromatography.

The apparatus is available for use after agreeing its availability with the laboratory manager. Both scientific cooperation and commercial use is possible, and access is determined separately for each project in accordance with its specificity. It is possible to perform the analyses independently, after training.
