Description

The main goal of LAPK is to conduct research in the field of molecular and functional analyzes at the level of single cells. Such analyzes allow for an in-depth understanding of the molecular processes taking place in cells and their interaction with the surrounding microenvironment, which translates into a better understanding of the basis of diseases and their more effective treatment. LAPK primarily focus on the study of cancer cells, with an emphasis on circulating cancer cells.
Main equipment:
- Chromium Controller -for quantitative profiling of single cells
- TransferMan 4r - modular system for precise micromanipulation insulation at the cellular level
- Parsortix PRl - microfluidic system for the isolation of single tumor cells
- Luminex Image Stream MK li - Flow cytometer with imaging function for identifying and visualizing the population of cells with given parameters
