Description

Pharmacopoeial flow apparatus for in vitro testing of drug substance release from drug dosage forms (so-called pharmaceutical availability). A 7-station apparatus, with an acceptor fluid flow rate control function enabling simulation of physiological fluid flow in a given human organ. Apparatus used to determine the release profiles of therapeutic substances from unmodified and modified-release drug forms and to test the quality and reproducibility of the drug manufacturing process.
