Micro XRF Spectrometer M4 Tornado

Description

An automated micro-XRF scanning system equipped with polycapillary X-ray optics and XFlash® silicon drift detector (SDD) technology. Spatial resolution of analysis is 20 µm. The M4 TORNADO is a non-destructive micro XRF spectrometer designed for fast and accurate high-resolution analysis of spatial distribution of elements in diverse samples. This method is cost- and time-efficient, and provides insight into the chemical composition of samples at a very high degree of detail. Applications focus on material sciences, in particular on forensics, geology, archeometry, bioscience and many other applications are supported as well.
