AFM/STM Microscope NTEGRA Aura
The AFM / STM microscope allows observation of surfaces with maximum dimensions of 100x100 µm. It has modules for magnetic, electrical and mechanical measurements. The ability to work in liquids, at reduced and elevated temperature (-20 to 100oC), as well
