Agilent 7820A Gas chromatography system with Agilent 5977E single-quadrupole mass detector

Agilent GC/MS system enables separation and both quantitative and qualitative analysis of volatile compounds. Both the system control and sample analysis is performed using GCMS Enhanced Masshunter software, with libraries for identification of studied compounds. Single quadrupole detector operates in both single ion monitoring mode (for identification and quantification of certain substance) and scan mode, useful in non-targeted analysis and coupled with compound libraries for easier identification. GC system is additionally equipped in auto-sampler for 16 samples.

Integrated Capillary Electrophoresis and Ionization System Optims Cesi 8000 Plus

The capillary electrophoresis system combines the advantages of CE with the ability to analyze the separated analytes using electrospray. In our Laboratory, this system is dedicated to the Triple TOF 5600+ spectrometer. In such a combination, it is perfect for use in proteomics, metabolomics, chemical analysis, glycomics, characterization of protein interactions, and identification of protein modifications. Our instrument is equipped with 4 UV filters which allows for classic CE analyzes. It is also possible to expand the system with additional detectors such as LIF or PDA.
