Polarimetric measurement set

Imaging polarimeter set, equipped with 5.0 MP monochrome CMOS sensor polarization camera. The set allows the acquisition of light polarization images (degree of linear polarization, DoLP, azimuth, ellipsometric parameters Psi, Delta etc.) at varying angles of incidence and with interchangeable objective lenses (including microscopy objectives): ellipsometric and Brewster angle microscopy modes. Possible applications: study of uniformity of thickness and optical constants of thin films, observation at Brewster's angle, strain monitoring, observation of biofilms, etc.
Spectroscopic ellipsometer (Jobin Yvon): 200 – 800 nm. Determination of optical constants (dielectric function) and thickness of thin films.
