Mikroskop FT-IR LUMOS II

Description

The Bruker LUMOS II is a stand-alone FT-IR microscope designed for high-resolution IR microspectroscopy and imaging in attenuated total reflection (ATR), transmission, and reflection modes. It is equipped with both a thermoelectrically cooled MCT detector and a liquid nitrogen (LN2)-cooled detector, enabling highly sensitive analysis at diffraction-limited spatial resolutions. The system’s integrated OPUS software provides guided workflows, advanced spectral analysis, and automated particle recognition for efficient micro-scale sample characterization.
