The UHPLC chromatograph with DAD and FLD detectors

Description

The UHPLC chromatograph with DAD and FLD detectors (UHPLC-DAD Agilent 1290 Infinity System (Agilent Technologies, Palo Alto, CA, USA). Binary high pressure pump (G4220B), autosampler (G4226A), diode array detector (DAD G4212A), thermostated column compartment (G1316C) is used for the separation, identification, and quantitative determination of components in complex samples. It enables analysis using high pressure, providing better resolution and shorter analysis time compared to classical HPLC. It allows for UV/Vis spectral analysis and the detection of compounds capable of fluorescence. It is commonly applied in the analysis of drugs and their metabolites, quality control of pharmaceutical and food products, environmental studies such as the detection of pesticides and contaminants, and biological analysis including proteins, amino acids, and hormones.
