Mabtech IRIS FluoroSpot/ELISpot Reader

The Mabtech IRIS is a next-generation FluoroSpot and ELISpot reader designed for the rapid and precise detection of cytokine-secreting cells in 96-well plates. The device utilizes the patented RAWspot™ algorithm, which provides exceptionally accurate spot detection and localization, resulting in reliable counting in both single-color and multicolor assays. The system supports ELISpot, FluoroSpot (up to 4 colors), and FociSpot, enabling the analysis of viral spots in FFA assays.The reader operates in plug-and-play mode—after inserting a plate, the IRIS automatically performs calibration, focuses, positions the plate, and adjusts exposure. The intuitive Mabtech Apex™ software automatically saves data and enables further analysis and export to Excel or GraphPad. The system is equipped with a telecentric lens, a 2048×2048 px CMOS camera and LED light sources suitable for DAPI, FITC, Cy3 and Cy5 fluorophores.
