Description
The Novocontrol impedance spectrometer enables\nmeasurements in the frequency range from 10 μHz to 40\nMHz samples with a resistance from 10mΩ up to 1014Ω.\nThe system is equipped with positions allowing to carry out\nmeasurements in the low (from -140⁰C to + 250⁰C) and high\n(from 25⁰C to 1600⁰C) temperature ranges.
