Description
Two lock-in based photoacoustics sets are available. The first one, photoacoustic spectrometer, allows for the spectral characterization (260-800 nm) of condensed materials. The second one, photoacoustic profilometer, allows for the thermal characterization of samples. The profilometer is now extended into two-multibeam mode, allowing for the monitoring of two distinct pigment sites. Sample excitation by LED sources, currently available 280, 360, 430 and 520 and 650 nm. The method can be employed into the spectral and thermal characterization of seminonductors, thin layers (um range), layered materials, but also quantification of the mass transport processes, environmental pollution and photosynthesis efficiency studies.
