Description

- Co-Injection Automation—Traditionally, analysts must perform tedious manual derivatization steps themselves. The Nexera’s exclusive Co-Injection Automation can be used to perform derivatization within the sample loop before injection. Mismatch between the sample matrix and mobile phase conditions can lead to poor peak shapes and critical loss of resolution. However, this easy-to-program automation yields excellent peak shapes by injecting a weaker solvent along with the sample.
- Dual Injection System—Imagine doing twice the work in the same amount of time, effortlessly. The Nexera can perform two sample injections at once into independent flow channels. This is multiplexing made easy. Exclusive to Shimadzu, results can be summarized in a single report.

Fluorescence Detector Specifications:
- RF-20A has a wavelength range of 200 to 650 nm.
- RF-20AXS has a wavelength range of 200 to 750nm.
- Optional PMT or Photo-multiplier (both) to extend to 900nm
- Wavelength accuracy of ±2 nm and precision of ±0.2nm.
- Superior with signal-to-noise ratio of at least 1200 for RF-20A and 2000 for RF-20Axs, allowing ultrafast analysis of trace-level analytes.
- Standard cell with a 12uL volume, or, a semi-micro cell with 3uL volume are available.
