PSV-400 Scanning Vibrometer

Description

The PSV 400 is a universal non-contact measurement system developed for the analysis and visualisation of structural vibrations in a wide frequency band (0 to 1.5 MHz) with very high accuracy. Full-field vibration measurement involves the automatic scanning of a pre-defined grid of measurement points. The unit has been equipped with an additional geometry scanning module, the purpose of which is to determine and include the geometry of the scanned object in the analysis of the measured mechanical vibrations. The utilisation of dedicated software facilitates a thorough examination of the measurement data.

Access rules

Access rules

The rules of using the equipment will be consistent with the research infrastructure management system being developed. The elements of this system include the method of reporting the demand for the performance of tests, the appointment of a person responsible for the performance of the tests, and the rules governing the intellectual property of the results. An element of the system will also be the settlement for the performed tests, allowing for free testing (in the case of joint publication or on the basis of reciprocity using the apparatus).
