"The runVIEW system consists of a multiSUB gel chamber with a special blueVIEW cover, containing an orange spectral emission filter in the viewing panel, and a base unit with an integrated power supply and a blue LED gel illuminator. It uses blue light illumination of fluorescently stained agarose gels to allow the user to view the size fractionation of nucleic acids in real time.
RunVIEW works with standard EtBr, SYBR Green and SYBR Safe gels cast within the 15×7, 15×10 or 15x15cm MSCHOICE gel trays."
