The laboratory includes: three AFM microscopes allowing the observation of surfaces with a maximum size of 60x60μm with a resolution of 1nm, an STM microscope enabling the observation of conductive surfaces with atomic resolution, and a portable electron microscope allowing for quick characterization of materials and enabling magnification up to 20,000x
