Description
Phenom XL scanning electron microscope: Equipped with a sample chamber that allows the examination of samples up to 100mm x 100mm x 65mm. It has a four-segment detector of backscattered electrons. This microscope is characterized by a very efficient source of CeB6 electrons, which guarantees a high signal-to-noise ratio and high resolution capacity.
