Spectrofluorometer FS5
The system enables steady-state fluorescence measurements and fluorescence lifetime analysis using time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC). The instrument is equipped with a 150 W xenon lamp and two lasers operating at wavelengths of 375 nm and 405 nm. Cherny–Turner monochromators with plane gratings ensure accurate focusing across the entire wavelength range and minimal stray light.
