The XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) technique enables detection and quantitative analysis of all elements (except hydrogen) with high sensitivity. Thanks to it, it is possible to determine the type of chemical bonds in which the elements present on the surface are involved and to identify the chemical states of the elements.
