Qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds with diverse physicochemical properties using HPLC-DAD (Shimadzu). The system is equipped with a diode-array detector enabling analyses in the 190-800 nm range, an autosampler with temperature control, and a column thermostat ensuring controlled separation conditions. Optimization of HPLC analytical conditions includes selection of the stationary phase, mobile phase composition, and elution mode. Determination of validation parameters is performed for the developed analytical method in the case of quantitative analysis.

HPLC Prominence-1 LC-2030C 3D HPLC system (Shimadzu, Tokyo, Japan) is equipped with an IAM.PC.DD2 column (10 mm × 4.6 mm; particle size 10.0 µm with an IAM guard column) and diode array detection (DAD). The HPLC system is controlled by LabSolution software (version 5.90).
