DIGITAL MICROSCOPE

The microscope enables examination within the range of magnification of x5 - x6000; All lenses are telecentric. The device is equipped with a fully automatic table - it enables to make surface scans / photographs of an object of maximum dimensions 100x100 mm and weight not exceeding 5 kg (on the table); The movable measuring head enables examination and measurement on objects not lying on the table. In case of off-table tests the magnification range is x20 - x200. Microscope software enables taking images using mosaic technique in three dimensions.
