Description

Biacore T200 allows you to study the interactions (from ions to viruses) in real time, without the need to label the sample. The technology is based on the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) phenomenon. Standard analysis takes from 2 to 15 minutes (for one analyte). The high sensitivity of the Biacore T200 equipment allows for the analysis of interactions with small molecules (100 Da). It is possible to analyze heat-sensitive samples and to study temperature-dependent effects (temperature range is 4 ° C to 45 ° C). Biacore T200 enables the simultaneous analysis of three immobilized ligands. In case the ligand-interacting analyte is unknown, it is possible to recover a sample of the analyte in a small volume for identification, e.g. by mass spectrometry. https://biotech.ug.edu.pl/sites/default/files/_nodes/strona-biotechnolo…
