Fractional Biodiesel and Biogas Plant

The fractional scale installation is designed for the production of biodiesel from rapeseed oil.The installation consists of a main reactor, scrubbers, separators and a reactivation unit. The installation with methanol purification and recovery system is made of acid resistant steel. A fractional technical installation for biogas production consists of a 30 L fermenter, a preparation tank, a system for biogas purification from carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide by amine washing and a drying column. Process control is done automatically by the PLC driver and the computer. The laboratory enables production of biogas in the process of methane biomass fermentation and the production of bioethanol.
