Fractional Biodiesel and Biogas Plant
The fractional scale installation is designed for the production of biodiesel from rapeseed oil.The installation consists of a main reactor, scrubbers, separators and a reactivation unit. The installation with methanol purification and recovery system is made of acid resistant steel. A fractional technical installation for biogas production consists of a 30 L fermenter, a preparation tank, a system for biogas purification from carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide by amine washing and a drying column. Process control is done automatically by the PLC driver and the computer.
