Agilent Technologies HPLC system (model Agilent 1200) with dual pump, degasser, autosampler, column thermostat, and diode array detector Spectrometer HCT Ultra from Bruker Daltonics with ion trap analyzer. The mass spectrometer is equipped with three types of ion sources using different ways to ionize the sample: electrospraying (sources: ESI and off-line nano ESI) and chemical ionization (APCI). Possibility to perform MS(n) analyses. The set is dedicated to determining the mass and structure of synthesized compounds, qualitative and quantitative analysis of composition of mixtures. Example applications: analysis of pharmaceutical residues in environmental samples, determination of selected pharmaceuticals and their metabolites in wastewater samples with the use of radiolabelled standards, determination of vitamins in biological samples.
