HPLC-DAD

Description

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds with diverse physicochemical properties using HPLC-DAD (Shimadzu). The system is equipped with a diode-array detector enabling analyses in the 190-800 nm range, an autosampler with temperature control, and a column thermostat ensuring controlled separation conditions. Optimization of HPLC analytical conditions includes selection of the stationary phase, mobile phase composition, and elution mode. Determination of validation parameters is performed for the developed analytical method in the case of quantitative analysis. Development of extraction conditions and sample preparation for analytes from liquid matrices is carried out using techniques and procedures tailored to the specific type of matrix.
