Spectrofluorometer FS5

Description

The system enables steady-state fluorescence measurements and fluorescence lifetime analysis using time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC). The instrument is equipped with a 150 W xenon lamp and two lasers operating at wavelengths of 375 nm and 405  nm. Cherny–Turner monochromators with plane gratings ensure accurate focusing across the entire wavelength range and minimal stray light. The FS5 spectrofluorometer is equipped with three detectors: a main emission detector with a spectral response in the range of 200-870 nm and a dark count rate of approximately 100 counts/s, a reference detector (UV-enhanced silicon photodiode) with a spectral response from 200 to 1000 nm, and a transmission detector.
