Bruker Avance III HD 400 MHz spectrometer with a BBFO 31P-15N probe and a TXI 1H / 13C / 31P three-channel probe
NMR spectrometer works in a continuous mode 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. 1D NMR spectra are routinely performed: 1H, 31P, 13C, 19F, 11B, 29Si, 77Se, and 2D NMR heterocorrelation spectra: COSY, ROESY, HMBC, HMQC as well as variable temperature measurements both at low and elevated temperature. The spectra made allow to determine the structure of new chemical compounds in a solution as well as to confirm the structure or purity of known compounds.
