Realizer SLM 100 - Selective Laser Melting (SLM) 3D printing machine, prepared for the manufacturing of metal parts from scratch, with powder bed fusion technology, to obtain extremely complex geometries (including internal cavities and thin walls) with reasonably good accuracy and surface qualities. The Realizer SLM 100 works by depositing metallic powder onto a build platform. A fibre laser which can used with a power up to 100W melts the metallic powder. After that the build platform is indexed down and a new layer can be melted.
